His approach combined strong values with modern practices. He introduced technologies like ultra-short-throw projectors, visualisers, and interactive boards in classrooms, setting the pace in education. He also placed great importance on teacher development, ensuring regular workshops and training programs to help educators support every child's unique learning path.
The consistent growth of the National Model Group is a testament to Dr. Mohan's vision and commitment. Through both challenges and milestones, he remained rooted in his core belief: "Happiness is a boomerang. Give it in ample to people around you, and it comes back in abundance." He attributes the school's journey to the shared efforts of his family, dedicated team, friends and all those who supported the vision from the start.
Secretary
Mrs. Uma Mohan
Mrs. Uma Mohan began her career as a software engineer after completing her B.E. in 1997. But it was in education that she found her true passion. At the age of 30, while raising two young children, she stepped into the world of teaching guided by the belief that parenting itself is a form of education. Inspired by the book Parents are Teachers Too by Claudio Jones, she embraced teaching with both heart and purpose.
For the past 19 years, Mrs. Uma has played a key role in shaping progressive learning environments. She believes that every child is born with potential, and with the right guidance, each one can achieve remarkable things. Her vision is simple: classrooms where curiosity thrives, laughter is welcomed, and learning is a joyful experience.

She believes that every child is born with potential, and with the right guidance, each one can achieve remarkable things. Her vision is simple: classrooms where curiosity thrives, laughter is welcomed, and learning is a joyful experience.
She has been a strong advocate for shifting from teacher led instruction to student centered learning. With that in mind, she helped develop a curriculum that encourages active, collaborative, and differentiated learning; skills that are essential for today's world. She motivates her team to keep exploring fresh ways to engage young minds and make learning meaningful.
Despite her leadership role, Mrs. Uma often finds time to teach life skills directly to students. She believes that when children are prepared for life, not just exams, they carry confidence wherever they go. To her, a happy child doesn't just uplift a family or a classroom, but brings positive change to the entire community.
